Anatoly is a Silicon Valley technology exec and enterprise AI strategist. He is an expert in agentic systems, enterprise software architecture, and AI adoption in engineering and business domains. Anatoly is the creator of Rishon and AI++, an educator, and the author of Agentic Spec-Driven Development and Become an Awesome Software Architect.

Throughout his 30+ years of experience, Anatoly has had the privilege of building software for numerous well-known brands, including Hewlett-Packard, Hitachi, Pepsi, Nestlé, Gatorade, L'Oréal, Fox Corporation, Millennium Entertainment, Travelocity, DERTour, and Robert Mondavi, among many others.

Anatoly designed and implemented agentic harnesses and tools, productivity frameworks, programming languages, DSLs, databases, virtual machines, and SaaS solutions at various scales and levels of complexity.

His work spans several interconnected concerns: engineering productivity across teams of any size, software architectures that withstand market shifts and human error, and practical adoption of AI across business and engineering.

Anatoly's current focus is helping companies leverage agentic AI for tangible business outcomes — cost reduction, faster time-to-market, lower risk — through Rishon, the AI-first business automation platform he founded; AI++, his platform for AI Fluency screening and education; his books; and his blog.

Readers who want to keep talking can do so through Anatoly's AI Twin — a conversational digital twin that answers questions about software architecture, agentic AI, the Rishon platform, and production AI systems, in any language. The AI Twin, Anatoly's other projects, and the blog are available at anatoly.com.
